Alongside our health screening packages, Mindbody Solutions offer cutting edge nutritional, motivational, and behavioural coaching services. We offer flexible, affordable and measurable solutions for helping staff to make improvements in lifestyle choices.

We offer four standard workshops, which can be adapted to run between 60 to 90 minutes in duration depending on your requirements. These are an excellent way to introduce motivational change to staff in a workplace setting.

FOOD, MOOD & BEHAVIOUR

Exploring the relationship between what we eat, what we think and how we feel. Healthy eating is important for both mental and physical health. What we feed ourselves, both in terms of food and thoughts, has an affect on our state of mind. Our state of mind affects what we choose to do, how we behave and how well we perform in life. One to One Telephone Coaching

With our One-to-One Coaching we aim to help staff build capacity to feel strong and resilient physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This will help them to increase performance with renewed energy and passion. We work with staff to devise an INNER GAME PLAN for wellness and performance towards personal and professional success. 30 or 60 minute sessions are available.
